Bentonite and Psyllium

by Lauren
(United States)

I did a three week juice fast about five years ago and another three day about two years ago. I always use Bentonite and Psyllum Husk while doing these and seem to be fine.

I want to do another cleanse but maybe not a full on fast so found your site and was wanting to do the Bentonite/Psyllum cleanse. Should I also be taking a Probiotic and a Parasite cleanse at the same time or while doing this cleanse.

The site confused me a bit because of the following: "Once you have cleansed either using a fiber-cleanse with Psyllium husk, Bentonite clay and liquid Chlorophyll, or using a salt water cleanse, or using the High Colonic Enema, you can maintain a relatively clean colon with a detox diet or water therapy with the very occasional bowel cleanse. "

Do I have to pick just one or can I use both Psyllium husk and Bentonite liquid and add in Chlorophyll, an Enema if and when needed, Probiotics and a Parasite Cleanser? Thanks so much!

You asked:

My Answer:
You can do a Bentonite/Psyllium cleanse without fasting.

Probiotics will replace any good bacteria you may have lost during the cleanse. Many people have gas and bloating which may indicate the loss of the good bacteria.

Even if you do not experience gas and bloating, I would recommend taking Probiotics or yogurt, so that you do not experience it at any time later as it can be uncomfortable.

However, you do not need to take a Parasite Cleanse as parasites are attracted to clay. So, they will also be removed when the clay is eliminated from the colon.

I am sorry that the statement on the site that you stated above, confused you. Let me break that confusion.

I mention a few different types of cleanses such as:

  • a fiber-cleanse using Psyllium Husk, Bentonite clay, liquid Chlorophyll and Probiotics

  • a salt water cleanse

  • a high colonic enema

What I meant was if you used one of the above methods to cleanse your colon, you can continue to maintain a relatively clean colon by following a detox diet or you can use water therapy, until your next bowel cleanse.

You also asked:
Do I have to pick just one or can I use both Psyllium husk and Bentonite liquid and add in Chlorophyll, an Enema if and when needed, Probiotics and a Parasite Cleanser.

My Answer:
You can use any one of the different types of colon cleanse that I mentioned above.

Yes, you can use Psyllium Husk together with Bentonite clay and Chlorophyll and Probiotics which comes under the fiber cleanse type.

Do it for a maximum of 14 days. Take the fiber drink at night and the Probiotics in the morning, and follow the how and when to take as shown on the website.

And you can also do a High Colonic Enema for a thorough cleanse. If you do enemas, then taking Probiotics is a must, as most of the good bacteria will also be washed away.

Other than removing parasites who are attracted to the clay, Bentonite also removes toxins, pathogens and heavy metals.
