Colonic Cleanse

Two Types of High Colonic Cleanse

The colonic cleanse that you do at home is a colonic enema, and the one that you do at a clinic is called colon hydrotherapy or colon irrigation. However now you can invest in a home colonic machine and do a colon irrigation at home, if you prefer.

How do you know whether you need colonics? By first knowing whether you have been cultivating a healthy or unhealthy colon? But even if you have a relatively healthy colon, a colonic once a month will keep the doctor away.

So do you have a healthy or unhealthy colon?

Healthy Colon or Unhealthy Colon

The colon is either the gateway to health or the gateway to disease. If you have a healthy colon because of years of right-eating and a healthy lifestyle, than your colon is the gateway to health.

Have you been stuffing your face with all kinds of junk food as though there was no tomorrow? Your tongue's relentless desire for such foods, could make your colon the gateway to disease, as the years go by.

An unhealthy colon can result in you feeling tired and fatigued. If your colon is unhealthy, then you require a good colon flush or colonic cleansing. Do you really need a colonic flush?

Signs Of An Unhealthy Colon

Do you have the following symptoms:

  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome
  • Low Energy and Fatigue
  • Acne or Skin Problems
  • Stomach Pain
  • Smelly Stools
  • Mood Swings
  • Constipation
  • Headaches
  • Bad Breath
  • Body Odor

All the symptoms above are warning signs of the presence of toxins in the body, which a good colon flush like a high colonic cleanse can wash out. Accumulated waste in the bowel can also prevent nutrients from being absorbed, creating an unhealthy body.

If you have one or more of the above symptoms, do a full colon irrigation at a colon hydrotherapy clinic near your house. Or get enema supplies or a colonic hydrotherapy machine and do a high colonic cleanse at home.

Why colonics? because it will relieve you, quickly, of the above symptoms.

The two types of high colonic cleanse are...

The first type of colonic cleanse that you can do at home is the enema cleanse or the colonic enema.

An enema is when warm water or some other enema solution is introduced into the rectum through the anus. The solution penetrates the lower colon where it is retained for about 15 to 20 minutes, after which it is expelled out. The enema solution softens waste matter in the lower colon.

As soon as the time is up the person can go and sit on the toilet and expel the solution with waste matter and toxins, thereby cleansing the colon.

There are advantages doing this if you have the right enema equipment or enema supplies.

It is done in the privacy of your home. The cost of a good enema equipment is about two and the half times that of a single colonic irrigation at a hydrotherapy clinic.

In the long run, you save by buying the right enema equipment.

Otherwise each time you do a colon irrigation you need to fork out around US$95.

I have my enema supplies that has lasted me for twelve years and I am very happy with it.

You can do a High Colonic Enema by hanging the enema bag around two feet high.

Colon Irrigation

The second type of colon cleansing method is a full colon irrigation or colon hydrotherapy that you can do at a colon hydrotherapy clinic. They irrigate most of the colon with water, which then softens the hardened feces and flushes it out, with toxins and parasites.

They use gallons of water from a height of at least two feet to create pressure. The water then flows into the colon under pressure and is able to wash the whole colon.

The good news is now you can do a full colon irrigation with a home colon hydrotherapy machine in the privacy of your home.

Which is better - a colon hydrotherapy in the clinic or colonics at home...

Which Is Better?

Is a high colonic enema done in the privacy of your home or colon irrigation done at a colon hydrotherapy clinic better? It all depends on you.

I prefer the privacy of colonics at home.

You can use a good, strong enema kit that can last you for a long time. However this can cleanse the lower part of your colon only.

If you can afford it, get a home colon hydrotherapy equipment and do the full colon irrigation method in the privacy of your home!

You can do it at your own leisure and for any number of times without thinking of the cost. There is only the initial cost of the enema equipment or colonic machine.

30 enemas make up one colon irrigation session. Yes that is true if you are using a 1 liter or 1 1/2 liter enema bag.

A home colonic equipmment can come with a 5 gallon bucket, which can wash out the colon effectively.

Using a colon hydrotherapy machine to do a full colon irrigation is ideal in the privacy of your home.
